  • Our path to earning and developing more within the organization is structured and transparent. You will begin with our Elite Team Member Training:

    Red Level - During your first two weeks you will be paired with one of our Diamond Elite Team Members to help you learn and get comfortable on the four core positions within the Front or Back of House. When you become proficient in those positions you become eligible to take a simple evaluation. Once you pass you get a $0.25 raise and move up to the next level.

    Silver Level - Begin training on more crucial positions within the Front or Back of House. Again, when you become proficient in those positions you become eligible to take an evaluation. Once you pass you get a $0.25 raise and move up to the next level.

    Gold Level - Begin training on the elite positions within the Front or Back of House. Again, when you become proficient in those positions you become eligible to take an evaluation. Once you pass you get a $0.50 raise and move up to the next level.

    Diamond Elite - These Team Members know every single position in the Front or Back of House. They can do these positions at an expert level, train others, and begin personalized development for Leadership.

    If you are moved into the Leadership role, the development continues with our Elements Training. Shift Leaders begin by learning the core operational skills needed to be successful when leading a shift in either the Front or Back of House. Leaders then began one-on-one personal development. After those are both complete, you have the option of diving deep into metrics and developing a core component of the business. Or, you can switch sides and learn how to lead a shift in the opposing area from where you started. The choice is entirely up to you.

  • We are hiring at both locations for full and part time positions in the Front of House and Back of House.
